By Royal Decree, The Royal University of Serendip (RUoS), sometimes call SerendipityU, has been established.  The only institution of higher education in the Principality, the University will offer only honorary Doctoral degrees in Arts + Letters, Science + Technology, Oenology, and Theology.  Nominations for honorary degrees will be made by the public and final decisions will be made by HSH David. Nominations for new honorary degrees will open some time in 2013.
